These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Rhea about using Rhea: the iPhone and Mac apps, this website and the server behind them. If you use Rhea for a company that bought seats, the company's agreement with us also applies. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
Your account
You need an account to use Rhea, and you must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else is using it, tell us at hello@sayhall.com.
Plans and payment
- Free includes 5 hours of recording a month, in as many meetings as you like, each up to one hour, and never expires. Pro includes 30 hours of recording a month, each meeting up to 5 hours. Max has no monthly cap, with each meeting up to 5 hours.
- Pro, Max and Business are subscriptions that renew each month or year until cancelled. Prices are shown before VAT, which is added where it applies.
- Pro bought in the iPhone or Mac app is sold and billed by Apple under the App Store terms; cancel it in your Apple account settings. Plans bought on this website are sold by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and the merchant of record, under its own buyer terms: it takes the payment, charges VAT or sales tax, issues the invoices and handles refunds. Your use of Rhea stays under these terms. Manage or cancel a website plan from your account.
- When you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then you move to the free plan. You keep everything you recorded.
- Business is sold per seat, from five seats, to a team's owner or admin. The team can change its seats any time: added seats are charged at once for the rest of the period, and fewer seats are settled on the next bill. If a company leaves part-way through a prepaid year, we refund the unused whole months.
- When a team has more members than paid seats, the members who joined first keep a seat and the others use the free plan until seats are added. Meetings shared with a team stay with the team when a member leaves.
- If you buy on this website as a consumer in the EU or UK, you have 14 days from a first purchase to withdraw and get your money back.
- Paid plans include a fair-use allowance far above normal work. If an account uses Rhea in a way that looks automated or resold, we will contact you before limiting it.
Recording people
You may only record meetings you are allowed to record. Tell the people in the meeting that Rhea is recording, follow the law where you and they are, and stop if someone objects. You are responsible for that, not Rhea.
Your content
Your recordings, transcripts, notes and Tabs are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run Rhea for you and the people you share them with. We do not use them to train AI models. In a team, each person decides which of their meetings the team sees; what has been shared with the team stays with the team.
What Rhea gets wrong
Transcripts, translations, summaries, actions and answers are made by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important against the recording before you rely on it, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety decisions.
Using Rhea fairly
Do not use Rhea to break the law, to record people secretly where that is not allowed, to harass anyone, to attack or overload our systems, or to copy or resell the service.
Changes and availability
Rhea is in beta while it is on TestFlight; features change and there may be interruptions. We work to keep it running and your data safe, and we tell you ahead of time about changes that affect you. If we ever stop offering Rhea, we give at least 60 days' notice so you can export your meetings.
Ending
You can delete your account any time in the app. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after warning you where we can.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss.
Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless consumer law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
