Is Free a trial?
No. You get five hours of recording each month, with meetings up to one hour. There is no expiry and no card is needed.
Can I buy Pro in the app?
Yes. Pro is sold on the website and in the iPhone and Mac apps through the App Store. Use the same account on both. Max and Business are sold on the website.
What happens when someone leaves the team?
Meetings shared with the team stay with the team. Their seat becomes available, and they can continue using their own account.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Your paid plan continues until the end of the period, then your account moves to Free. You keep your recorded meetings. See the terms for billing and refunds.
